Butlersbridge is the tidiest Village in County Cavan for the fifth year in a row with a total of 252 marks,
a whopping increase of 9 marks on last year. The Chairman of Butlersbridge Tidy Towns Committee Mick Mulvey told The Anglo Celt that they were delighted with the increase of nine points. He praised the team hardcore of workers and particular referred to the trojan work of Paddy Brady. He thanked FAS for their help and explained that they also had a good working relationship with Cavan County Council. When ongoing housing developments are completed, it is hoped that more enhancement work can take place, so that the village can reach it's full potential Photographed here on the occasion are left to right, seated: Anna Farrell; Sean Browne; Veronica Shannon; Michael Mulvey.
